Welke documenten heeft u nodig bij het huren van een auto bij Dollar Car Rental?

Wat zijn de leeftijdsvereisten bij Dollar Car Rental?

Leeftijdsbeperkingen zijn afhankelijk van het land van bestemming. Raadpleeg de sectie Verhuurkwalificaties en -vereisten tijdens het boekingsproces voor specifieke informatie per land.

Bij Dollar Car Rental vragen wij vooraf naar uw leeftijd, zodat wij kunnen bepalen of een toeslag voor jonge bestuurders van toepassing is. In de meeste gevallen dient de bestuurder minimaal 25 jaar oud te zijn en minimaal één jaar in het bezit te zijn van een geldig rijbewijs. Indien u jonger bent dan 25, kan in de meeste gevallen een toeslag worden toegepast.

Welke betaalmethoden accepteert Dollar Car Rental?

De boeking dient te worden gemaakt op naam van de huurder (de huurder = de hoofdbestuurder die de auto ophaalt = garantsteller met eigen creditcard), met een creditcard op naam van de huurder. Bij het ophalen van het voertuig dient dezelfde creditcard te worden getoond als garantie.

Wat is het brandstofbeleid van Dollar Car Rental?

De tarieven van Dollar Car Rental zijn exclusief brandstof. De voertuigen worden geleverd met een volle tank en dienen bij terugbrengen eveneens vol te zijn. Anders wordt een brandstoftoeslag in rekening gebracht. U kunt brandstof bij de verhuurlocatie aanschaffen, maar een terugbetaling voor ongebruikte brandstof is niet mogelijk. Informeer bij het ophalen van het voertuig naar onze Brandstof Aankoopoptie (Fuel Purchase Option – FPO).

Wat is het annuleringsbeleid van Dollar Car Rental?

Bij vooraf betaalde boekingen kunt u tot middernacht twee dagen voor de geplande ophaaldatum kosteloos annuleren en het volledige bedrag terugkrijgen. Annuleert u later, maar nog vóór de ophaaldatum, dan wordt uw terugbetaling bepaald door ons annuleringsbeleid.

Bij een "pay-at-location"-reservering kunt u tot de dag van ophaling gratis annuleren. Indien u echter zonder annulering uw voertuig niet ophaalt, wordt een kostenpost bij niet-verschijnen / verloren huur in rekening gebracht. De exacte bedragen vindt u in de Algemene Voorwaarden.

Wat gebeurt er als ik mijn Dollar-huurauto te laat inlever?

U dient het voertuig zo dicht mogelijk bij de gereserveerde inlevertijd terug te brengen. Bij overschrijding kan een extra dag huur in rekening worden gebracht. Sommige verhuurlocaties hanteren een beperkte marge, maar dit gebeurt geheel naar eigen inzicht van de verhuurlocatie.
